These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://www.brynncarroll.comcedarwyck/ (“Site”) and the purchase and use of our subscriptions, physical mailings, and digital products. By accessing this Site or purchasing any content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Subscription, Shipping, and Delivery Structure
Our service is a hybrid physical and digital membership ("Snail Mail Subscription").

• Physical Component: You will receive physical mailings sent directly to your provided address.

• Digital Component: Digital line drawing files are delivered via a direct download link accessible on our website by scanning the QR code included inside your physical Snail Mail delivery.

2. Non-Tracked Postage and Shipping Policy
All physical subscription mailings are sent using standard, single-stamp untracked postage to keep costs low for our members.

• Because this shipping method does not feature tracking numbers, Brynn Carroll – Cedarwyck cannot track transit paths or estimate exact delivery days.

• By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for delays caused by local postal services or standard transit variations.

3. Damage Claims and Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of the Snail Mail Club and the immediate accessibility of our digital assets, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a subscription period has been billed or accessed.

• Damage Claims: If your physical package arrives severely damaged, you must notify us via email at mystic@brynncarroll.com within seven (7) days of delivery.

• Required Proof: You must include clear, unaltered photographic evidence of both the outer packaging damage and the damaged contents.

• Resolution: Validated damage claims will be resolved exclusively via a replacement mailing of the damaged components. No monetary refunds will be issued.

4. License and Usage
When you purchase a subscription with a digital line drawing download, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the digital files or physical artwork in any format.

• Use the artwork, text, or designs for commercial purposes.

• Alter the designs and claim them as your own.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including artwork, images, text, graphics, physical mailings, and digital downloads—is the intellectual property of Brynn Carroll  for Cedarwyck and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. International Sales
We offer our products internationally. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with local laws and regulations regarding digital and physical subscription purchases.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, postal delivery failures, or website errors. All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
