Can I still join the Workshops if I have slow internet?

You do not need to have super fast internet to be able to successfully view Brynn's Workshops, however consistent broadband is a requirement so that the videos don't freeze. If you're viewing the videos on a device such as an iPad or iPhone you should also make sure that you have sufficient available memory. You can test whether your internet connection will be strong enough by trying out Brynn's free class here to see whether you can watch the videos satisfactorily. Still need help? Contact us!

Can I watch the tutorials offline or download them?

Unfortunately, no, the videos are streamed but so long as you have a high-speed internet connection and have paid for your workshop, you can watch them as many times as you like. Still need help? Contact us!

Do I need to be able to draw to join the Workshops?

Brynn has provided drawings for you to trace and transfer for all of the upcoming workshops, so you don't need to be able to draw to join her workshops! Still need help? Contact us!

Do I need to be IT literate?

The online workshops offers video tutorials in watercolour with PDFs of drawings to print off. Also included is a materials list and Reference photos as well. You're going to need to be able to navigate your way around the website to find the tutorials and download the PDFs at the very least. This will require having a computer or device that you keep up to date and a high speed internet connection. Still need help? Contact us!

Is it OK to use the paints or paper I already have?

To get the most from the Workshops it's best to use the same equipment Brynn does. The reasons she's chosen the equipment she has are covered in each Materials List provided once your Workshop has been reserved, is color pigments are chosen for a reason to get the most realistic watercolor possible! It is possible to substitute some paints and paper but best to use what is listed on Brynn's materials lists. With paints, Brynn has listed the pigments in each materials list which is provided as a PDF. To get the same color mixing as Brynn for the workshop you are reserving, it is best to stay with the pigments listed. Still need help? Contact us!

What are the Terms of Purchase?

You can read the full Terms of Purchase for Brynn Online Watercolor Workshops here. Still need help? Contact us!

What equipment will I need?

Brynn uses a wide range of paints for each Workshop. She's therefore flagged the 'essential range' on the Materials List PDF which you receieve when you reserve your spot in class. If you already have different watercolours there are challenges to substituting them when following Brynn's workshops as you may get a different result if you don't use the same paints Brynn does so it is best to use the colors outlined.
