Domestic Shipping

 

Our FREE Shipping OFFER has ended! We temporarily are not offering expedited shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Care of Prints and Original Watercolors

It is recommended that the artwork or print remain out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. All framed and matted original artwork or prints are shipped using plexi-glass only where applicable!

Processing your order

We process your order using PayPal as our gateway. Secured transactions are our priority as well as information we receive for completing your order.

PLEASE NOTE: You do not need a PayPal Account in order to check out.

We do not sale, lease or distribute our mailing list, nor personal information gathered through our membership.

 

 

All Prints are Printed On Demand

*Please allow 2 weeks for all prints to be shipped as all prints are printed on demand.

**Miniature Prints are shipped

flat and shipped USPS First Class Mail and not insured. Please allow additional shipping time. We do not do expedited shipping unless prior arrangements have been discussed.

 

 

FRAMED ARTWORK

We use Preservation  matting  and framing principles for all of our original artwork as well as framed prints where applicable. All Framed artwork is shipped with plexi-glass only and ready to hang.

 

Shipping framed artwork is always shipped flat in our specialty shipping boxes and insured during transit. For all International Orders, Please contact us using the contact form.

How to Return  

 

From the time you receive your original artwork from our couriers, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.  

We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from Brynn Carroll Art and are not fully satisfied, you have: 

  • Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work

  • Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork through a traceable method including insurance as well as providing us with the shipment’s tracking number.

 

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us at: support@brynncarroll.com for an assessment of your specific situation.)

 

How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work

  • Please send us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the artwork to: support@brynncarroll.com 

  • Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email us at: support@brynncarroll.com 

  • Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by Brynn Carroll Art. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to our studio. Please refer to our Packaging Guidelines for instructions on how to safely package artwork for shipment.

  • Step 3 – Arrange to send the packaged artwork directly back to the Brynn Carroll Art using a traceable shipping method. You are required to pay all fees including custom costs when returning artwork back to Brynn Carroll Art including insurance. 

  • Step 4 – Email all shipping details including tracking number to support@brynncarroll.com. 

 

  • Once the piece safely reaches Brynn Carroll Art, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.

  • Brynn Carroll LLC is not responsible for undelivered returns.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns. 

 

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged

 

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email support@brynncarroll.comto give us your order information.

Step 2 - Save original packaging!

Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to support@brynncarroll.com

Step 4 - A Brynn Carroll support representative will contact you to discuss next steps.

We want you to be happy with your artwork purchase and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item for full refund. We reserve the right, at our discretion and inspection for any damage to the artwork happens while in transit and returned, will be up to the sole discretion of Brynn Carroll LLC and associates.

Exchanges  

 

We would be happy to make an exchange. Please email us your intent to support@brynncarroll.com. Do not send the artwork without notifying us within the specified times shown above in RETURNS.
